 by CEARA weavingdreams@cox.net DID YOU KNOW... This year is full of new challenges and outlooks? We in the United States will start off the year with a new president. New changes as a nation, as well as personally. We will finally be able to see the dreams of Martin Luther King, Jr. come true. Although my political allegiance isn’t comfortable with the new party that will be in place, I do recognize that we are going to witness a huge historical event. It can be a great thing or it can be a bad thing. Whatever the case, the new leaders are here and will shape a nation. Changes will not happen overnight and may not happen in the next four years, but there will be changes nonetheless. I do believe that the change this nation faces must be slow if we are to survive. Rapid change isn’t always the best, as it can be quick to diminish, it needs to be slow so that it will last the endurance of time. That is what went into planning this nation and its foundation. We must remember as easily as something comes, it is just as surely can be taken away. With this said, I am proud that as a nation we are able to see beyond the color spectrum. If we can do that, then I can only dream of a time when the religious barriers will also be removed. The United States is looked to as the place of dreams come true-- the Big Base Exchange in the Sky. We are rebellious by nature. We stand our ground in adversity. We pull together as one to defend our country, our dreams and the dreams of others. But we cannot survive should we discriminate against our neighbor due to race or religion. Like I stated earlier, we are faced with many new challenges this year, it's good not to see the world in black or white, but in the vibrant color that the Creator gifted upon us. There are so many different colors that it would be a shame to not explore and view them all…. don’t you think? Bright Blessings, ARIES (21 March - 19 April) Although you are determined to reach your goal, don’t be too foolish with spending at the moment.
