With a little bit of swing, Buckra, an alt-rock / power pop band from Ohio, offers a well put together CD. The j-card is put together as if you're reading a comic book. The artistic format of it reminds me of the artwork of Earl Linderman. The CD itself has that hop between Big Bad Voodoo Daddy and Brian Setzer.
If you are into the sound of “jump music,” then you will find this CD very enjoyable. It is like listening to the music version of the “Sin City Chronicles.”
