Rings of Saturn - Just Another Day on the Road
By Dave Schwartz

Rings of Saturn has just finished up the extensive and successful Ragefest Tour supporting headliner Attila along with Suicide Silence, Volumes and Spite.  Rings were out in support of “Ultu Ulla” – their fourth studio album which was released on July 28, 2017 on Nuclear Blast Records.  As fans know, the album name, 'Ultu Ulla,' means 'Time Immemorial' in Sumerian Cuneiform.

I caught up Rings toward the end of the tour when many bands can be a bit crispy after weeks on the road.  But the band was in good spirits.  I had my chance to speak with vocalist Ian Bearer in front of the stage as the crowd began filtering into the venue.  It was a bit noisy but we managed.  Check out the video!
